Sustainable and People-Centred Office Design: The first phase of the design and fit-out works for this German multinational's new business service centre—approximately 1,400 square metres—was completed in February 2023. The second phase delivered an additional 1,000 square metres. The office design places key importance on conveying the company's core values: family-friendly, people-centred, and collaborative.

Sustainability at the Heart of Design: Ida Kiss, DVM Group's Design Director, commented: Sustainability was a key element during the design process, with its most striking features being the salad-growing towers, abundant plants, and natural materials. We created attractive spaces where colleagues can feel at home and be inspired to think together, while also having the opportunity for focused, efficient work.

Flexible Spaces and Hybrid Working: The office layout adapts flexibly to employee needs. No one has a dedicated desk or office (except the HR department). Leaders are closer to their direct colleagues for more effective communication. Numerous meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology support hybrid working.

Reuse and Energy Efficiency: Furniture, desks, and glass walls from the previous office were exemplarily reused and refurbished. Interior lighting follows the office's natural sunlight levels. The LEED Gold certification confirms minimised energy consumption and efficient energy use.
