Biggeorge Property Office Fit-Out

Biggeorge Property has completed the transformation of its own office within the listed historic building of the Bécsi Corner Office Building as part of a comprehensive office fit-out and interior design project. The goal was to create a high-quality, representative, and sustainable office space that supports both client reception and efficient day-to-day operations. Concept and detailed design were delivered by DVM Group, construction was carried out by Fitout Zrt., while full project management was provided by Biggeorge Property.

Contemporary Office Design in a Historic Setting: A key objective of the office refurbishment was to achieve a contemporary office design that harmonizes with the historic architectural environment. The spatial layout was built around the existing wall structure, allowing the office to be naturally divided into representative client areas (reception, meeting rooms, sales office) and dedicated staff workspaces. This functional zoning effectively supports modern office use.

Sustainable Office Development: The technical concept of the project was defined by the principles of sustainable office development. Retaining the existing electrical, low-voltage, and mechanical systems, selectively replacing fan-coil units, and preserving kitchen functions in their original locations significantly reduced the project's ecological footprint. The renovated green plant wall and the integration of existing building services further reinforced the project's sustainability-focused approach.

Interior Design Concept: The interior design concept is based on monochrome surfaces, natural wood materials, and large glass partitions, creating a bright, transparent, and timeless office interior. The building's original historic windows were preserved as distinctive visual elements, while one of the defining layers of the space is the Biggeorge management's art collection, which adds a unique and inspiring character to the working environment.

Project Result: The completed office fit-out project represents a combination of real estate development quality, a professional corporate identity, and long-term sustainable technical solutions. The renewed Biggeorge office provides a premium working environment that strengthens investor confidence and authentically communicates the company's values to its clients.
