DVM is one of Hungary's leading integrated architectural and construction companies, shaping landmark projects in the domestic real estate market since 1995. With more than three decades of experience, we offer complex, high-quality professional solutions for our clients from the initial concept through to full implementation.
Our operations are built on three key service pillars: Design & Build, design and general contracting. Thanks to our integrated approach, we manage the full lifecycle of projects in a coordinated manner, incorporating not only traditional architectural and construction processes, but also visualisation, sustainability consulting and project management. Workplace design also plays a key role in our projects, integrated into the design process from the preparation and concept development phase. Our approach is based on a comprehensive analysis of spatial, operational and user needs, ensuring that each project becomes coherent not only from an architectural and functional perspective, but also strategically supports the organisation's operations, identity and long-term goals. This complex operating model enables us to provide our clients with efficient, transparent and commercially optimised solutions, while maintaining uncompromising architectural quality.

Design is a fundamental pillar of our operations. Today, DVM’s professional strength and reliability are supported by a highly experienced design team of nearly 40 base-build and fit-out specialists. Alongside this, over the years, we have also built a highly qualified construction team of 80 professionals.

Our company places particular emphasis on the practical and efficient application of opportunities offered by artificial intelligence. We primarily use AI to support design, documentation, project management and internal operational processes, with a special focus on optimising administrative and repetitive tasks. Our goal is to enable our employees to devote as much time as possible to genuine professional value creation, while technology contributes to more efficient and transparent operations. We work collaboratively within the organisation on the development and integration of AI solutions, applying innovative tools that provide real support in everyday workflows and ensure sustainable development in the long term.
I do not believe DVM’s future lies in entering entirely new sectors. Rather, I believe it lies in further refining and developing our existing design and construction services. We need to continuously improve our day-to-day processes, enhance the way our teams collaborate, establish more efficient working methods, and plan and deliver our projects with even greater awareness and precision. We must also place a stronger emphasis on environmental responsibility and recognise the role we play in shaping the built environment around us.
