Design & Build
UNESCO World Heritage Art Nouveau Office Building: An Art Nouveau office building in Budapest's historic centre, originally designed by Ignác Alpári. The building is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. Completed in 1915, it served as the Pest Domestic First Savings Bank and the Budapest Stock Exchange until 2005.
Heritage Reconstruction: The renovation required strict adherence to heritage protection rules and reconstruction of the original state. The Art Nouveau Róth Miksa stained glass windows, red and white marble reliefs (garlands coated with glittering gold leaf), and intricate floor mosaics are once again visible in their original beauty.
International Tenants and Sustainability: The exclusive location attracted numerous international partners: H&M, Mastercard, Cushman & Wakefield, Play'N GO, DVM Group, Hard Rock Café Budapest, and St'Andrea Wine & Skybar. LEED Gold certification ensures exemplary environmental protection and cost-efficient operations. Ceiling heights exceed 3 metres on all floors.
